Do you want to lose weight?

It is all too common to see everyone making lofty resolutions at the start of the year. Many people, in fact, resolve to lose weight in the coming year. That shouldn't come as a surprise actually, considering the fact that one-third of our population is obese.

Most of these resolutions don't see the light of the day though, let alone reaching their end. Why is that? The average person is lazy, really.
